Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with House & Key Studio. We want your order to arrive smoothly, so here's everything you need to know about how and when you'll receive your items. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
- Physical orders are processed within [1–3] business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
- During sales, new product launches, or peak periods, processing may take a little longer. We'll note any extended timelines on our site when that happens.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only (including U.S. territories where carrier service is available). We are not able to ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times — Physical Products
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and delivery address. You'll see the exact cost before you complete your purchase.
- We ship via USPS, and the available options will appear at checkout.
- Estimated transit time is typically [2–7] business days after your order has been processed and shipped. This is the carrier's delivery window and is separate from our processing time.
Digital & Downloadable Products
- Digital products (templates, guides, printables, and other downloadables) are delivered electronically — no shipping charge applies.
- After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a download link by email and/or access through your account, usually within minutes.
- Please download your files promptly. If a download link expires or you have trouble accessing your purchase, contact us and we'll resend it.
- Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, they are generally non-refundable. Please review our return policy before purchasing.
Orders With Both Physical & Digital Items
If your order includes both downloadable and physical products, your digital items will be available right away, and your physical items will ship according to the timelines above. You'll only be charged shipping on the physical portion of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your physical order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after you receive the notification.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. House & Key Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is in their hands, and delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances are outside our control.
- Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [3–7] days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can make it right.
- Lost packages: If tracking shows a package as delivered but you can't locate it, or it appears lost in transit, reach out and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
